How long have you been in business?
Speciale Cleaning has been in business for over 2 years, but I have been exposed to this industry from a very young age.
Do You Offer Video Consultations?
Yes! We can connect via Facetime or Whatsapp for video consultations and custom quotes.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept payment via email E-transfer to specialecleaning@gmail.comWe will have additional payment options available in the near future.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel the service after the cleaner(s) have arrived?
If you decide to cancel a clean while our team has already arrived, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. A deposit is any agreed amount required and paid prior to the cleaner’s arrival.If there is an outstanding balance on your invoice at the time of cancellation, no further payment will be required unless you are choosing to reschedule the service to a later date wherein the remaining balance will still be due.
Please note “arrived” includes our cleaners being present not just in your home but in your driveway, parking lot, complex. Depending on the circumstances i.e. first time going to a new location etc, we may reach out via text or phone call for further direction on how to enter into the property. If the client fails to comply with providing necessary assistance to gain access to the property we will have to leave and the deposit will be forfeited.
What happens if during the clean additional jobs are requested/ required?
We will discuss these add-ons/ changes with you. Upon consent, we will go ahead with the additonal services/ work requirements as long as time allows. Further charges will be added to the original cost quoted to complete additonal tasks. Payment for the cost of the add-on work is due before this work has begun.If during said visit, time does not allow due to scheduling or other circumstances , we will complete the jobs originally planned and will schedule another day/ time to come back to complete future jobs at your convenience.
